It might get collapsed eventually.Most people who get cancer jump right into treatment without even thinking about the financial or emotional ramifications on themselves and their family.I would think the factors would be foremost the age of the patient, the overall health of the patient and the true prognosis if you can find a doctor that will be honest with you.Anyone who has watched someone die of cancer, watched how much sicker they became from the treatment, watched it drag on month after month, knew from the beginning that it was all for nothing, probably asks themselves the same question. If it were me, would I do the same thing?I think if more doctors were honest with their patients about the odds of their specific cancer, that the cost of medical treatment would go way down and the end of life for those with incurable cancer wouldn have to be such a horrifying story.Comment downvoted Insert a dynamic date
