Human primary cells and cell purificationPeripheral blood was obtained from nine SS patients from the Skin Lymphoma Clinic of the BC Cancer Agency and Department of Dermatology, Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, (Rochester MN, USA); samples of normal adult blood cells were also collected.
