It can't be totally scripted but I believe that the people running the show work with the officials to give an edge to the teams they want to see make it. They have to find a way to get everyone to watch the Superbowl and not just the fans of the 2 teams playing in it. So they find the teams that carry the most drama that can get us more excited to watch the games.The tightest race is in the AFC North as Baltimore (72) and Pittsburgh (63) have separated themselves and with a big game against each other this coming weekend, the winner moves a step closer to the division title. Houston (81) has a solid twogame lead over the young Colts (63) and the Texans are in the running for the best overall record in football and that should keep this team motivated and dangerous for the rest of the 201213 NFL season.
